The worst kitchen I cleaned this year. Left, then right.
The parts of a kitchen people stop looking at.
Fixtures, handles, the edge of the sink. I do these last, after the surfaces are dry, because that is when you can see what is still there.
Glass, grout, and the floor behind the toilet.
Hard water on the screen comes off with a squeegee and time, not pressure. The tile behind and under the toilet is where I spend the extra ten minutes.
An empty house shows everything.
No furniture to hide marks. I clean inside the closets, inside the appliances, and the baseboards all the way round.
Homes. I work alone.
Same person every visit, which is why the second clean is faster than the first.
Regular cleans
Weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, beds made if linens are out.
Deep cleans
The first visit, usually. Inside the oven and fridge on request, grout, baseboards, door frames.
Move-in and move-out
Empty homes, top to bottom, including inside cabinets and closets.
Small offices
Desks, glass, kitchenette, restrooms. Usually after hours.
I price it after I have seen it.
A walkthrough takes about fifteen minutes and there is no charge for it. Photographs over the phone are not enough for me to be accurate.
The walkthrough. I look at the kitchen, the bathrooms, the floors and anything you want handled differently.
A flat number. Given in writing before I start, for that job. Not an hourly rate that runs on.
Recurring is lower. Once the first deep clean is done, the upkeep visits take less time and cost less.
Supplies included. I bring my own. If you prefer a specific product used in your home, leave it out and I will use it.
